Writing for me is very healing emotionally, spiritually, and physically. I believe letting out my emotions on paper has helped me develop a better sense of who I am as well as helped me connect with others. I decided to start this blog because I wanted to share some of my writings with others. Often times I find my inspiration comes from sitting in nature as I was in this photo. Ranger Lakes in Colorado is my fav. and was the inspiration for my Reflections poem.
I love to write, paint, practice yoga, meditation, and connection with others. I believe creating, sharing our journey, and making connections are the very reason we are on this planet.
